I am Prof. Dr. Ömer Karakoç. Alongside my specialisation in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), I also have broad experience in snoring, sleep apnea, rhinoplasty and facial aesthetic applications. Throughout my career in healthcare, I have made it my mission to offer patients the highest quality of personalised care.

Education and Career

• 1975 — Born in Sivas.
• 1993 — Graduated from Kuleli Military High School.
• 1999 — Graduated from GATA Gülhane Military Medical Faculty as a Gendarmerie Medical Lieutenant.
• 2005 — Completed ENT specialisation at GATA.
• 2008–2009 — Undertook a Snoring and Sleep Apnea Surgery Fellowship at Wisconsin Medical College, USA.
• 2010 — Appointed Assistant Professor at GATA.
• 2014 — Received the title of Associate Professor.
• 2020 — Promoted to Professor.
• 2024 — Retired from GATA and opened his private clinic.
